Alliance for Disabled Children PAC is a non-partisan, independent expenditure-only group established under Section 527 of the tax code. Our mission is to educate members of Congress about issues related to children with disabilities, identifying the disorders, and helping to elect candidates who support those issues.

Contributions and Donations to the American Alliance for Disabled Children PAC are not charitable contributions and are not deductible as charitable contributions for state and federal income tax purposes.

We may accept contributions from U.S. citizens and foreign nationals with permanent residency status in the United States. Our policy is to accept contributions from corporations and other business entities, so long as any corporate contributor is a U.S. corporation or domestic subsidiary, and is not a federal government contractor, national bank or federally-chartered corporation. Employees of companies that contract with the federal government may contribute.
